Volleyball Recap: South Miami Comes Up Short on the Road Against Miami Springs

South Miami kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Miami Springs Golden Hawks, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

South Miami took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-18.

The win got Miami Springs back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, South Miami will square off against North Miami at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Miami Springs, they will head out on the road to face off against Hialeah Gardens at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
