Volleyball Recap: Stanley County Buffalos vs. Crow Creek Chieftains

Stanley County was the 3-0 winner over Crow Creek when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Buffalos took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chieftains on Saturday. The Buffalos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stanley County was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Crow Creek work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24.

Stanley County's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Crow Creek, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Coincidentally, Stanley County and Crow Creek will both be playing Cheyenne-Eagle Butte the next time they take the court. The Buffalos will host the Braves at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Chieftains will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
