Basketball Recap: Barrie Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, Barrie were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 50-44 to the Cornerstone Lions.

When it comes to explaining why Barrie lost, don't look at Rawle Tapper-Howard. Despite the final result, he posted 12 points and seven steals. Another player making a difference was Brandon Adams, Jr., who scored ten points.

Barrie's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Cornerstone, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Barrie will welcome Lycee Rochambeau at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Cornerstone does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
