Volleyball Recap: Brush Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Brush lost against University back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Beetdiggers lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. The Beetdiggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16, 25-13.

Giselle Saucedo paced Brush's offense, picking up four kills. Saucedo got some help from Taryn Wickham and her nine assists. Neveah Speicher controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Livianna Aguilar went supernova For University., getting 17 digs and four aces. That's the most digs Aguilar has posted since back in November of 2024.

Brush's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for University, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Brush didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Sedgwick County on the 20th. As for University, they will host Eaton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
