Cleburne is a perfect 8-0 against Seguin since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets will head out to challenge the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Cleburne's pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so Seguin's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Cleburne is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Midlothian Heritage on Saturday. They fell 6-1 to the Jaguars. The Yellowjackets' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Seguin came up short against Mansfield Timberview on Friday, falling 14-4. The Cougars have struggled against the Wolves recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Seguin got a good showing from Alex Price, who pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Price has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ledif Figueroa-Cotto was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with three runs and one triple. He has become a key player for Seguin: the team is 7-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-17 otherwise.

Seguin's loss dropped their record down to 10-19. As for Cleburne, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-8.
