Softball Recap: Batesburg-Leesville Panthers vs. Emerald Vikings

Batesburg-Leesville scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 17-1 margin over the Emerald Vikings. The victory was just what Batesburg-Leesville needed coming off of a 17-6 defeat in their prior match.

Kate Shealy made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned run off one hit. Shealy was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.
