Windsor waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Surry County Cougars with a sharp 12-1 win. The Dukes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.

Windsor pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 5.9 runs. As for Surry County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-5.

Coincidentally, Windsor and Surry County will both be playing Brunswick the next time they take the field. The Dukes will host the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Cougars will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
