After losing to HEA Firebirds HomeSchool the last time they met, Fort Wayne HomeSchool decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Fort Wayne HomeSchool Hawks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 73-71 win over HEA Firebirds HomeSchool on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Fort Wayne HomeSchool's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gavin Reynolds led the charge by going 5 of 9 on his way to 20 points and six assists. Reynolds is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 20 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Krawczyk, who went 7 of 11 on his way to 22 points.

Fort Wayne HomeSchool has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for HEA Firebirds HomeSchool, with the defeat, they broke their 20-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-1.
