Soccer Recap: Silverado Takes a Loss

Silverado lost against Barstow back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Silverado Hawks fell just short of the Barstow Aztecs by a score of 2-1.

Silverado's loss dropped their record down to 9-12-4. As for Barstow, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Silverado will take on Victor Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Silverado's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Barstow, they will head out on the road to square off against Granite Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Granite Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.
