Latin had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over The Noble Academy on Friday. Considering Latin have won eight matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting The Noble Academy from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Lauren Rosenberg led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Latin has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 50 goals over those 11 contests. As for The Noble Academy, they moved to 5-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Latin nor the Griffins have any future games scheduled.
