Volleyball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Triumphs

Thomas Jefferson picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pomona Panthers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Kai Rogers paced Thomas Jefferson's offense, picking up 11 kills. Rogers got some help from Zane Bath and his 21 assists.

The win got Thomas Jefferson back to even at 9-9. As for Pomona, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-17.

Thomas Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against DSST: College View on the 20th. As for Pomona, they will head out on the road to square off against Westminster at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
