Basketball Recap: St. Paul Lutheran Find Success

The third road match was the charm for St. Paul Lutheran, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against the Meadville Eagles by a score of 55-43 on Monday.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Donivan Schreckhise, who posted ten points along with six boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Quentyn Smith, who earned nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.

St. Paul Lutheran has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Meadville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

St. Paul Lutheran will be playing in front of their home fans against Lexington at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Meadville, they will take on South Shelby in a tournament on January 6, 2025.
