Ashley and Cleveland squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Ashley had to settle for second. They took a hard 21-3 fall against the Cleveland Rams. Having soared to a lofty 41 points in the game before, the Screaming Eagle couldn't push the score so high this time.

Quinn Bentley rushed for 55 yards on only five carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards.
Cleveland's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Byrd, who threw for 191 yards and a touchdown on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 77 yards.
With the defeat, Ashley broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-3. As for Cleveland, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
