Softball Recap: Ouachita Christian Takes a Loss

Ouachita Christian blew Neville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Monday Neville got their revenge. The Eagles fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered since April 20, 2024.

Ouachita Christian is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-14. As for Neville, the victory snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 6-21 record.

Coming up, Ouachita Christian will face off against Central Catholic on Saturday. Central Catholic has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.62 runs per game on average), something Ouachita Christian will no doubt try to take advantage of. Neville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
