New Canaan had won three straight home games and Helena Jan did her part to make it four on Monday. The Rams put the hurt on the Ridgefield Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win thanks in part to Jan, who had six digs and four aces. She has been hot, having also posted 14 or more assists the last five times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11, 25-18.

New Canaan's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Ridgefield, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.

New Canaan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Danbury on the 22nd. Ridgefield has also already played their next match (against Staples), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
