Basketball Game Preview: Dreher Blue Devils vs. Lancaster Bruins

Dreher has won three straight games at home, while Lancaster has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Dreher Blue Devils will host the Lancaster Bruins at 7:00 p.m.

Dreher is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Lancaster just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Bruins are ranked third).

Lancaster's win came from a few key players Dreher will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jordan Watford, who went 8 for 14 en route to 20 points and six rebounds. The game was his 14th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Malik Tinsley, who posted 14 points in addition to five boards and three steals.

Dreher's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Lancaster, their win bumped their record up to 17-1.
