Volleyball Recap: Glenn Takes a Loss

If Glenn was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Atkins on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bobcats lost 3-0 to the Oak Grove Grizzlies on Tuesday. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Grizzlies recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17, 25-10.

Oak Grove was led to victory by Chloe Smith and Emma High. Smith had 12 digs and four assists, while High had 12 assists and four digs. That's the most digs Smith has posted over her last nine matchups.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Oak Grove, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 20-3.

Glenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oak Grove, they will take on Mount Tabor at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
