Football Recap: Dawson Comes Up Short

Dawson was the 40-32 winner over Lazbuddie when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Dragons fell 33-20 to the Longhorns on Friday. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dawson now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lazbuddie, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Dawson will challenge Amherst at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lazbuddie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Texas T at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
