Merritt Island Christian's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the City of Life Christian Academy Warriors 10-2. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Sarah Robison was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Robison was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two).

In other batting news, Parker Morrison was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Shae Janke, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple.

Merritt Island Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
