Volleyball Recap: IC Catholic Prep Comes Up Short

IC Catholic Prep lost against Saint Ignatius College Prep back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Wolfpack. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-17.

Alli Keenan paced IC Catholic Prep's offense, picking up three kills. Keenan got some help from Mary Kate Hilgart and her three assists.

Saint Ignatius College Prep can attribute much of their success to Audrey Schabes, who had 11 assists and five digs.

IC Catholic Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

IC Catholic Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Rosary on the 4th. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against DePaul College Prep on the 6th.
