Cannelton came up short against Orleans on Thursday, falling 3-0. Cannelton has struggled against Orleans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Cannelton took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-11, 25-13.

Cannelton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Orleans, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Cannelton has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Seven Oaks Classical on the 30th. As for Orleans, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Eastern Greene on the 2nd.
