Soccer Game Preview: Gulf Breeze vs. Niceville

Gulf Breeze and Niceville are an even 4-4-2 against one another since November of 2018, but likely not for long. The Gulf Breeze Dolphins will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against the Niceville Eagles at 7:30 p.m.

Gulf Breeze took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand Tate a 3-0 shutout. The Dolphins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, neither Niceville nor South Walton could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Gulf Breeze has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those eight contests. With that draw, Niceville's record moves to 4-3-3.
