Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Lions vs. Peabody Golden Tide
After only one run in their last game, Trinity Christian Academy made sure to put some runs up on the board against Peabody on Friday. Trinity Christian Academy had just enough and edged out Peabody 12-11. With that victory, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.

Haley Lewis made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and seven unearned) runs off 13 hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those four hits gave her a new career-high.
