Basketball Game Preview: Mills Vikings vs. Aragon Dons

The Mills Vikings are taking a road trip to face off against the Aragon Dons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mills knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Aragon likes a good challenge.

Mills is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They put the hurt on Capuchino with a sharp 69-48 win on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Aragon didn't have quite enough to beat Sequoia on Wednesday and fell 62-60. While the Dons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Ravens 23-11 in the first quarter.

Mills' victory bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Aragon, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.

Mills was able to grind out a solid win over Aragon in their previous meeting back in January, winning 58-47. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mills since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
