For Jim Ned's part, Cash Gwinn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up 12 Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brady Wallis, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. Gavin Brooks was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.
