Softball Game Preview: Carter Lions vs. Grand Terrace Titans

The Carter Lions will face off against the Grand Terrace Titans at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Carter is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Summit on Wednesday as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Lions not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 25, 2024.

Meanwhile, Grand Terrace had just enough and edged out Centennial 3-1 on Saturday.

Grand Terrace is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games. Carter's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7.
