Meanwhile, Hardin Northern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 62-51 to Ridgedale.

Hardin Northern's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Allen East, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Everything came up roses for Allen East against Hardin Northern in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 67-36 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Allen East since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
