South Sevier had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Kanab Cowboys as they made off with a 20-0 victory. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

South Sevier got a massive performance out of Caitlin Nielson, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs Nielson has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Halle Mckinlay, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.

South Sevier always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .645. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

South Sevier pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.9 runs over those games. As for Kanab, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: South Sevier beat Kanab by a score of 18-3 later that day.
