Basketball Game Preview: Corona del Sol Aztecs vs. Casteel Colts

The Corona del Sol Aztecs will head out to take on the Casteel Colts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Corona del Sol will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Back in December of 2024, Corona del Sol was beaten by Higley 76-26. While losing is never fun, the Aztecs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Knights are ranked 59th).

Meanwhile, Casteel scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of Miami by a score of 81-78. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Colts have suffered since December 18, 2023.
