Soccer Recap: LaBrae Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If LaBrae was feeling good fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Liberty on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brookfield Warriors on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to LaBrae of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Caleigh Fortune and Sophia Bellomo scored both of LaBrae's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

LaBrae now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Brookfield, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, LaBrae is taking a road trip to square off against South Range at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Brookfield, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 6-0 loss against Waterloo on the 27th.
