Baseball Recap: Ash Fork/Seligman Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Ash Fork/Seligman's offense. They lost 13-0 to the Salome Frogs on Tuesday. The Spartans' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Ash Fork/Seligman saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Branson Milius, who went 1-for-2 with one triple.

Ash Fork/Seligman's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Salome, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ash Fork/Seligman will host Joseph City at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Salome, they will welcome Desert Heights Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
