Glenbard West faced Barrington in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Hilltoppers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fillies/Broncos. The Hilltoppers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.

When it comes to explaining why Barrington lost, don't look at Carson Skinner. Despite the final result, he had 12 assists and five digs. Skinner has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more assists the last three times he's played.

Glenbard West's victory bumped their record up to 24-3. As for Barrington, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
