Basketball Recap: Colchester Takes a Loss

Colchester lost against St. Johnsbury Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Colchester Lakers took a 59-40 bruising from the St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers. The loss was the Lakers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Colchester fell to 2-1. As for St. Johnsbury Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Colchester will take on Milton in a holiday battle at at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. Johnsbury Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Brattleboro at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
