Recap: Jimtown Jimmies vs. Penn Kingsmen
The Jimtown Jimmies lost against the Penn Kingsmen back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Jimtown took a 35-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of Penn. Jimtown has struggled against Penn recently, as their match on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the defeat, Jimtown had strong showings from Dylan Fey, who scored nine points along with two steals, and Javen Jackson, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Jimtown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Penn, their win bumped their record up to 8-3.
Jimtown will be playing at home against Goshen at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Goshen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 last Friday. As for Penn, they will head out on the road to square off against Northridge at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
