Volleyball Recap: Cornell Comes Up Short

Cornell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Gilman Pirates. The Chiefs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

Cornell's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Gilman, their victory bumped their record up to 6-13.

While Cornell had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
