Volleyball Game Preview: North Broward Prep Eagles vs. Highlands Christian Knights

The North Broward Prep Eagles will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Highlands Christian Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

North Broward Prep is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They came up short against American Heritage on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Stallions recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

North Broward Prep took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Highlands Christian didn't have quite enough to beat David Posnack Jewish Day on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Highlands Christian sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 15-25, 25-17, 23-25, 15-13.

North Broward Prep came out on top in a nail-biter against Highlands Christian in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, sneaking past 3-2. Does North Broward Prep have another victory up their sleeve, or will Highlands Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
