Football Recap: White Pine Comes Up Short

White Pine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the American Leadership Academy Eagles, falling 46-0.

White Pine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for American Leadership Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Pine will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on West Wendover at 7:00 p.m. on September 12. As for American Leadership Academy, they will square off against Grand County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
