South's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They never let the Chardon Hilltoppers get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. South were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on Chardon, so South were just returning the favor.

Sydney Isabella and Aila Jasarevic scored both of South's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

South has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-2-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those six matchups. As for Chardon, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South will head out to square off against Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chardon, they will venture away from home to challenge Hoover at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
