Football Recap: Midstate Homeschool Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, Midstate Homeschool finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They were dealt a 52-0 loss at the hands of the Acadiana Christian Lions. The shutout was out of character for the Storm seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

With the defeat, Midstate Homeschool broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2. As for Acadiana Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Midstate Homeschool wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 54-26 loss against Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool on the 27th. As for Acadiana Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 60-0 victory against Freedom Life Academy on the 25th.
