Volleyball Recap: Central DeWitt vs. Burlington Grayhounds
Central DeWitt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Burlington Grayhounds.
Lily Newell was the offensive standout of the match as she had five digs and four aces. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in aces.
Central DeWitt's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Burlington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 22-9.
