            Buffalo dropped their record down to 6-6 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins on the road. They lost  10-0 to the Minnetonka Skippers. Having soared to a lofty 11  runs in the game before, the Bison's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 Buffalo got a good showing from  NOLAN HANSON, who   struck out six batters over  2.1 innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   three  hits (and not a single walk). HANSON has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances.
As for Minnetonka, their victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-3. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
On Minnetonka's side,  not much got past  Jack Butterworth, who gave up just  four  hits and racked up 12 Ks to keep Buffalo off the board. Those 12  strikeouts set a new season-high mark for  Butterworth.
 At the plate, Minnetonka got a  massive  performance out of  Garrett Wheeler, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double. Those  three  runs gave  Wheeler a new career-high.  Brody Vogstrom was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buffalo will venture away from home to  face off against Robbinsdale Armstrong  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Minnetonka, they will take on St. Michael-Albertville at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Skippers 3.2, the Knights 3.3) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
