Baseball Recap: Brooklyn Center Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

Brooklyn Center won the last time they faced Washington Tech and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Centaurs put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 9-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Centaurs, who have now won four contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Brooklyn Center's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Washington Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Brooklyn Center wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 5-2 loss against Robbinsdale Cooper on the 2nd. As for Washington Tech, they will welcome Highland Park at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
