Soccer Recap: Waterloo West Comes Up Short

Waterloo West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Central Springs Panthers, falling 6-2. That's two games in a row now that Waterloo West have lost by exactly four goals.

Waterloo West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Central Springs, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Waterloo West will take on Cedar Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cedar Falls' last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Central Springs, they have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Ames on the 8th.
