Soccer Recap: Renaissance Academy's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Renaissance Academy brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Their defense stepped up to hand Academy Park a 7-0 shutout on Friday. It was an even better day for GABRIELLA DIDIO as she scored four goals for her team.

Renaissance Academy moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Academy Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Renaissance Academy will take on Delaware County Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Academy Park, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against MAST Community Charter at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
