East Wake won the last time they faced Bunn and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 6-3 margin over the Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for East Wake.

East Wake now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Bunn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, East Wake will head out on the road to square off against Southeast Raleigh at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bunn, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Franklinton at 4:00 p.m. on September 8.
