Volleyball Recap: Clarke Comes Up Short

Clarke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Shenandoah Mustangs.

Clarke's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Shenandoah, their victory bumped their record up to 2-9.

Clarke wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Martensdale-St. Mary's on the 20th. As for Shenandoah, they are taking a road trip to face off against Atlantic at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
