Volleyball Recap: Pojoaque Valley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pojoaque Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Taos Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 7th.

While Pojoaque Valley was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-18.

Pojoaque Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Taos, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pojoaque Valley will face off against rival Moriarty at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Taos is set to square off against their familiar foe Espanola Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
