Northwest Christian entered their tilt with Quilcene on Monday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Rangers. Considering the Wolverines have won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Joseph Meier, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Parker Cox, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.

Northwest Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Quilcene, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

Northwest Christian has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Friday Harbor on the 2nd. As for Quilcene, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-3 loss against Oakville on the 30th.
