The Penn Cambria Panthers will face off against the Huntingdon Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Penn Cambria is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Forest Hills, posting a 41-7 win. Considering the Panthers have won eight matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Brady Jones was his usual excellent self, rushing for 112 yards and three scores on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 69 yards and one touchdown. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.
Penn Cambria didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Forest Hills to a completion percentage of just 45.5%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from two players: Corbin Vinglish and Blake Lilly, who each logged one passes deflected. Sadly, that's becoming something of a trend for Penn Cambria; they were averaging 60.5%completion percentage earlier this season, but in their last three contests they've fallen to only 60.5%.
Penn Cambria didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gavin Gray and Evan Latterner. Vinglish was another major factor on D, picking up two sacks, making 17 total tackles, and defending one pass.
Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Huntingdon on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Tyrone out of the water with a 42-7 final score. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 20-0.
Penn Cambria better keep an eye on Landon Erdman. He was instrumental in Huntingdon's win, rushing for 140 yards and three TDs while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. Erdman showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 52 yards. Cole Lane got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Penn Cambria is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.8 points on average over those games. As for Huntingdon, their record is now 8-3.
