Recap: Legacy Longhorns vs. Western Warriors
The Legacy Longhorns scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They blew past Western 83-34 at home. Winning may never get old, but Legacy sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Legacy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rahjon Chambers, who scored 21 points. Nasir Cazares was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
Legacy is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. As for Western, they dropped their record down to 4-15 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Legacy will take on Chaparral at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Western, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Shadow Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
